Payments on our website is registered through the safe and secure payment module QuickPay, and it is possible to use the following card / payment options:
Visa, VisaDankort, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit and Maestro.
We offer shipping through GLS and PostNord/DPD depending on your location. The delivery of your watch can be made on your personal address or to the requested or closest ParcelShop/Collection point depending on your location. If both methods are available, you might be charged a small amount for the home delivery option. If you request a home delivery, you should be aware that your goods, in some cases, can end up in your local ParcelShop, Collection point or Depot, if you or others are not at home to receive the package when delivery happens. This does not prevent you from paying the potential delivery fee. However, you can make sure that the package is left at an agreed location (garage, doorstep etc.) by filling out a one-time authorization paper (GLS) or a one-time SRA (DPD) allowing the carrier to put the package at the appointed place.
Expected delivery time depends on your location. Look here to find your location and estimated delivery time. We always strive to send your goods the same day as you make your order. Making your order before 15 PM GMT+1 (Danish time) your order should be shipped the same day. Delays can of course occur and the expected delivery time should be considered indicative.
WoodTime I / S is fully responsible for the goods until you have them in your possession.
Right of cancelation
You have 14 days to cancel your purchase when you buy our products.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you;
a) receive your product
b) get the last good physical possession when it is a matter of several items that have been ordered in one order and delivered separately
c) get the last lot or the last part in physical possession, when it is a matter of delivery of a good consisting of multiple lots or pieces
You must notify us that you want to cancel your purchase within 14 days after the purchase. The notification shall be given by using our return form (recommended), or by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your message, you should clearly explain that you want to use your right of withdrawal/cancelation.
After receiving your return information we quickly open a return case, where you will be informed of the further procedure of your return.
When you send back the watch please make sure the watch is carefully packaged and protected.
You cannot cancel your order by simply rejecting the delivery of the goods, without clearly consulting us on this.
You must send your order back to us without undue delay and within 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must pay the direct cost of returning the goods.
In return, you are responsible for a safe and secure packaging and protection of the goods.
You bear the risk from the time of delivery of the goods.
Condition of the goods, when you send them back
You are only liable for any degraded value of the goods resulting from handling except handling that is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics of the product and the way it works. You should interpret this handling and trying the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the product is used or handled beyond what is mentioned above, we consider it as used, which means that you, if using your right of cancelation, should expect only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the product’s commercial value.
In order to receive the entire purchase amount when returning your product, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You can test the product, but do not put into actual service.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will naturally get your money back. In the event of a depreciation, you are liable to be deducted a part of the purchase amount.
If you use your right of withdrawal/cancelation, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and under any circumstance within 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to use this right. We will carry out the procedure of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the payment until we have received the product, unless we have been supplied with clear evidence of you having sent back the goods.

What should I send back?
It is recommended fill out our return form, where you state the reasons for the return. We will quickly contact you to inform you about further handling of the return procedure.
It is important to always send back all the parts and pieces your received in the original order. If we are not provided with all elements of the product and packaging, the return cannot be fully accepted, and we cannot ensure full refunds/exchanges.
If you do not use the form you have to let us know in details why you want to return your product by other means.
Note: we do not receive packages sent COD.
Warranty/complaintThe Danish Sale of Goods Act rules may apply to purchases.
When you shop at www.woodtimewatches.com you have a 24-month warranty. This means that you can either get your watch repaired or replaced, or a refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
On defects/damages within the 24-month period you are covered for any errors or defects that was present on the time of purchase. Damages/defects occurring within the first 6 months are eligible to warranty if the seller (WoodTime) cannot proof that the damaged was not present on the time of purchase. After 6 months the buyer must be able to justify/proof that the defect was present on the time of purchase if the warranty should be eligible.
It is naturally a requirement that the complaint is legitimate and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other tortious behaviour. You have the responsibility of thoroughly investigating and reading about our products’ specifications and make yourself acquainted with the general conditions of use. These can be found on our website and in the booklet supplied with any purchase.
How soon should I complain?
You must complain within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect. If you advertise within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be considered timely.
We will refund reasonable freight costs
If the complaint is legitimate we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. We recommend, if possible, to ship the products in original packaging or any similar kind of secure packaging. If we are unsure of the impact of packaging on the product’s condition, we cannot guarantee completion of your complaint, unless we have been informed of this otherwise (pictures, detailed descriptions etc.).

When you return the product, please state what the problem/defect is, as detailed as possible. We refer once again to the return label which you should find on the website, print out and include in your shipment.

Remember that the product must always be returned in protective packaging, and remember to get a receipt for your shipment, so that we can cover your shipping costs.

WoodTime I / S make reservations for any price and/or proofreading errors, technical errors, out-of-stock products and force majeure, including deficiencies or delays in deliveries from suppliers.
